Whether it is a meal for 2 or 20, a fine dining dinner party, a family supper or a travelling personal chef to accommodate your dietary needs whilst on the go, she presents dishes that portray her passion for cooking .

Caroline is a private chef with a real passion and love for delicious tasting nutritious food. She is equally at home in the kitchen of a private home, a shooting lodge, in the galley of a ship on the Norwegian Fjords or on the Lochs in the Highlands of Scotland. An Ashburton Cookery School graduate (with distinction) as well as a registered nutrition consultant, Caroline provides a truly unique culinary service to her clients. Whether simplistic or more complex, she engages her clients, shares her energy and enthusiasm and always has a smile on her face.

The beauty of Caroline’s cuisine is that people don’t feel deprived, despite her nutrition background as there is no need to skip dessert or that well earned afternoon treat as she is well versed in presenting that little bit of naughtiness. She transposes her nutritional knowledge to her cooking where she is confident in accommodating dietary preferences and taking into consideration allergies and intolerances as a matter of course.
